Director of Business Services, Priscilla Kelley has over 20 years in
healthcare management, human resources, volunteerism and marketing.
She attended Lake Michigan College and will receive her Business
Solutions Professional certificate in the spring of 2008.
Priscilla's great passion for volunteering has lead her to be
involved with Long-term Care facilities and elder care.

Advanced Manufacturing Sector
Mike Shelton is the Business Services Manager, Advanced Manufacturing
Sector. He had 34 years of management experience with Whirlpool
Corporation in manufacturing, human resources, labor relations,
safety, logistics, planning, warehousing, inventory control and
materials. Mike also attained the rank of Major in the Air National
Guard serving 27 years in public affairs, personnel, supply, cost
analysis, safety, and weapons.
He has a B.S. in Management Science from Oklahoma State University
and a Professional in Human Resources Certification from the Human
Resource Certification Institute. Mike has been married to Cindy for
35 years and has two sons, one granddaughter and one grandson. They
are Oklahoma, Chicago, and Lakeshore Lancer sports fans and love
living near Lake Michigan.

Health Services
Business Services Manager, Renee Parnell understands the challenges
of recruiting, training and retaining qualified health care
professionals. Her two decades of work experience have included
medical billing, coding, and transcription with a specialty in
Radiological procedures, Hemo/Peritoneal Dialysis, and peer review
committee reporting for patients and physicians.
She has worked for private practices and hospital clinical settings
including an outpatient hemodialysis unit where she was involved
with patient care, quality assurance and other duties. Renee's
passion for Hospice and bereavement service has led her to volunteer
as a bereavement facilitator at Lory's Place. She is also on the
Berrien County Cancer Service's Board of Directors and is a member
of the Krasl Art Center.
Business Services Manager,
Construction Trades
Zach Morris is the Business Services Manager for the Construction and
Skilled Trades industry. Zach has over 5 years of experience in
education and training, which includes working as an Apprenticeship
Coordinator for a local Community College. His education includes a
Bachelors Degree in Business Professional Studies and an Associates
in Marketing from Davenport University.
Since he was raised in a family which owns their own small business,
Zach's passion is helping small businesses prosper. He understands
the impact a skilled and ready workforce has on all businesses and
is working to build the construction and skilled trades workforce
pipeline for Southwest Michigan!
